HE WAS ALWAYS THERE AS A COMICAL RELIEF CHARACTER, A gAg. but over the years he would Actually  surpass the others in popularity, becoming A fan fAvorite. When the location first open, Whisker was OringAlly A one man Act AND would banter with Biscuit, but the Creators reAlized something was missing. A lot of Whisker's lines were very open-ended. There was A test in A CAnute, OklahomA Location where they used A Red Max. THe test was A huge hit And Max wAs instantly Added in All the other locAtions. The choice wAs to make him blue to contrast Against the bArrell And given A RED beAnie.
